I am confused what this PCR test was designed for originally and if it’s shown repeatedly to not accurately detect the China virus, why do they continue to use it? Are there other testing methods not used and/or being discussed?

PCR is not a test, it’s a research tool that amplifies dna molecules so they can be seen. So, to put it simply, the more you amplify the more distorted so they may be “seeing” viruses that just aren’t there.
