He just seems tired. If he were up with little to no sleep due to rescuing the American overseas, this explains it. Hope he can rest between rallies!

I’d be napping on AF-1 big time, or in the limo, or however he’s getting around today’s rally schedule.

Though I suspect that he has other duties to perform too. He is, after all, the President.
