He’s known about the water marks since summer and has hinted that it’s something to do with water for weeks. He was told not to mention to anyone until votes were cast. He also explained the corn ink and digital marking. (Think check numbers that are smaller than fly specks.).
I hope this is true - but I still worry about the Trump ballots that were destroyed. My hope is that the Trump people had plants working as dems in the counting rooms. They would be able to testify about bags of Trump ballots that were replaced with Biden ballots.
