These issues are federal issues.
If states don’t fulfil their responsibilities under the Constitution and the federal law it’s a federal issue.
Not an issue for state courts.

Take it to the federal courts immediately.

There’s a “safe harbor” for states that follow their law and the federal law.
But if they don’t then come Dec 8th there is no protection for the state’s enumeration.

Peobady tried to explain it to me. Hopefully she'll jump in. Its like tic-tac-toe ...we need both O's and X's or it won't get to the Supreme Court. We can't win everything..We need challenges in order to go higher.
