Don’t you hate that? My computer is so secure that I can’t even change things. Just waiting for the inevitable, for something to go horribly wrong and we’ll just toss it and get another.
I bought my election night snacks! Still don’t have Cheetos though, I might have to go look for some tomorrow. But I did get some orange nacho flavored Bean chips. Thought those might fit in more with my Mediterranean diet anyway. I can pretend they are health food.
How is your snack plan doing? Are you going to get a cute little carrot cake from the bakery? Oh that reminds me I was thinking about trying to make a healthy carrot cake. How are you is Splenda, almond flour or whole wheat pastry flour oh, and honey with the cream cheese for the frosting. Although I think the powdered sugar is good for the texture so I don’t know how it will turn out. Either way I can still call it healthy and eat the whole thing right?
Only thing I’ve gotten so far is cherry ice cream. It isn’t ‘cherry vanilla’; it’s Baskin Robbins cherries jubilee. It’s in one of the small containers from the grocery store. However, I plan on a chocolate milkshake from McDonald’s tomorrow, so it might wait for the ‘official’ results or Inauguration Day (if it makes it that far).
Making final grocery store run tonight; will get the Oreos, Lays, and Vienna Fingers then. Tomorrow I’ll run to McDonald’s in time to be back home before the polls start closing at 7 Eastern. Other than the chocolate shake, not sure what I’ll get for supper.
Sorry, if I go for carrot cake, I’ll go for the Bundy cake. Sugar and honey are natural sweeteners. I like whole wheat but sometimes white helps the texture, could use some of both.
