Well, her husband is a billionaire, perhaps twice over, all off of govt contracts (he's a talented negotiator, no doubt) and moving American jobs to China.
But of course we must remember DiFi never meddles in her husband's business affairs ... knows nothing about them. (She might have asked her Chinese driver...)
