I am very good technically but I am unable to capture this blob. SO far, what I am observing is that this is a blob url at blob:https://gtv.org/e0bffb0a-8c8f-41b9-8675-c102f3845cf9

I am trying a direct blob download in Ajax/Javascript but so far it appears this is (a) they generated any empty Blob URL to use as a placeholder while feeding in data from another source or (b) the Blob somehow acts as a proxy for encrypted data (via HTML5 Encrypted Media Extensions)

Any ideas?
