The obvious answer is yes.
And I have a feeling that the Biden camp is nit aware this would break today.
Plenty of hosts outside US juristiction, especially in places that see Trump as the only thing that stands between them and a CCP takeover. Places like Taiwan where GTV is from. They need Trump every bit as much as we do as the CCP sleepers are already in place, ready to be activated, and Taiwan is next, right after Hong Kong.
