Tony is oddly a Democrat, just smart enough to save his own skin, but is hopefully sincere about recovering the glimmer of his family military heritage.
Tony is probably old-school democrat, when democrats were the party of the working man, and weren’t trying to turn the US into Venezuela. Those days are long gone. Perhaps Tony woke up and realized what was going on, and did not like it one bit.
