Was it banned world-wide? If not, that may be a list from Great Britain.
The doses used by the sugar industry sponsored lab to "prove" were so grossly high that the study leading to banning was called into question, and found to be objectively flawed.
Existing bans were overturned everywhere except South Korea and the United States.
Overturning the ban here would require the FDA admitting it was wrong. That seems unlikely...
