I just put a pan of “Funeral Potatoes” in the oven, but I’ve had the recipe since the early 1980s, so I’d never heard of Funeral Potatoes. They were “potluck potato casserole” potatoes. It will be enough for eight meals, but I’m thinking to take some over to Rocky.
There is one more meal I have to make and freeze but it will wait for another day, most probably, next week. THEN comes the lasagna and I won’t cook again until I get moved.
After all these Patrick Driving Adventures, I’m wondering if his driving has improved since Day One.
