It’s possible it’s a side effect of the injection. It’s also possible that it’s related to moving things around at work, or maybe some unusual exercise, or even nerves. She’s prone to internally generated symptoms.
When last heard from, she was interpreting “a chest muscle” as “something wrong with my heart.” Whatever. I’m sure she’ll get plenty of sympathy on Facebook.
