Probably the best way to get her to internalize your schedule would be to text her a cheery “Good morning!” when you wake up.

I have considered it. But then, it goes against those things I hold dear. Like, respect for boundaries. However, I’m not saying it won’t happen. Just not today.
I did send her a message one morning at 0600 and she was obviously, vehemently angry. But then it was covered up by her admitting she hadn’t shut her phone off because...
But that was probably a year ago or more. They know I go to bed early but I don’t think they realize that I get up early. They will learn! ;o]
