What would I do without the morning floof and the FRiend that posts them?
Good morning.
I slept in, surprise-surprise (not) and took my shower, and will get busy in a few minutes and write to Charlie.
I will have to go to the USPS this morning and pay for a new lock so I can get whatever mail is put in there besides that which Adam does. Kind man that he is, if I have regular mail in envelopes in addition to packages, he will bring it all to my door. And to think, this all started because I thanked him for delivering packages in the first place, when I first moved in. Evidently, politeness is a dying or lost art.
This means I’ll also have to buy a new key chain, and I can’t do that until Tuesday, when I go to Wally’s.
It’s supposed to be in the upper 70s today, and over 80 by Monday, but it won’t last. It’s too early in the year. I see you’re having freeze warnings. Poor you!
It is cold here this morning, but it didn’t freeze. The sky is cloudless, and we will have agreeable sunbeams later. We might go to the Botanical Garden tomorrow. It depends on whether we think the temperature will make it to the mid-60s.
I hope it works out for your lock and key!
Also, if you see any more Zion National Park sweatshirts, could you get one in Extra Large? Sally would like one. I’ll cover the cost plus postage if you find it!
