Yes, but it’s only a little more involved than other applications of the same sort. This one just provides a little more protection for the applicant, including a consent form for an EIV check, which I’m not familiar with. Evidently, it’s about hiding income by working residents. Again, another thing the state seems to be having a problem with.
So when I get into it, and start gathering my documents, I’ll call the manager and find out which parts of this massive application actually apply to me. I think she was required to send them all, but I don’t think I’m required to fill them all out — just sign the consent forms so she’s covered and doesn’t lose her job.
It usually takes about 90 minutes to fill out an application.
