What beautiful markings on today’s floofy kitteh!

I slept in 45 minutes. I was “just going to lie here for a minute.”

I need to get a letter written to my Favorite Son, and maybe I’ll toss in a card to my Favorite Friend. I can always email my Favorite Daughter because she doesn’t like to write letters. She says it hurts her hands but she won’t get a printer. But don’t get me started! I usually write a regular letter to her then just copy it to email so she can answer it if she feels up to it. That way, I have a copy in my files, in case the servers go down.

So most of the beginning of the day will be spent writing letters. What happens the rest of the day will just have to unfold in front of me.

Good morning. You know that feeling when you’re in the bathroom with the door closed, and you clearly hear a cat spewing, and then you have to go find the deposit? Unnngh.

It’s not raining, sleeting, or snowing, so the cats went out. They probably want to come back in by now.

I slept in about 45 minutes, too. Jake had gotten under the blanket with me. I was dreaming about a card game, “Bees and Bears,” that DP got Kathleen for Christmas. It has six-sided cards with various colors and features. Between that and the earworm of “Arre, Borriquito!” it’s a wonder I didn’t wake up gibbering bonkers.

I’m going to do my prayers now, and then I’ll decide what’s next based on whether anyone else is up.
