Every time I read “Good morning” or hear it, I think of Gandalf and his exchange with Bilbo. “Do you mean it’s a morning to be good on? Or...” Yeah... the rest of it escapes me but I thought that was one of cleverest things I’d ever read, way back in 1970.
I had to get the books at an office supply store. They were considered “underground” books at the time.
I couldn’t get the heater in the clubhouse to come on and the whole time I was there, I couldn’t warm up. Taking the wet clothes from the washer and putting them in the dryer was like having my fingers turn to icicles.
Not a fun experience today. But it IS Monday.
Cold places should have heaters. It’s pretty cold here, too, although not like where you are.
I’m glad you had an uplifting recording. It’s hard to beat the Tabernacle Choir! I’m listening to children bickering.
I’d put in my application at Walmart, but I was told I shouldn’t even talk about something like that.
