Yep. The yams of today’s efforts enticed me to freeze them in smaller portions for later use. Makes me think I’ll keep yams in my pantry. Next time, I’ll try some onion into the mix. I mean, a yam is just a sweet potato, and one should be able to fix yams in ways similar to potatoes. Sweet potato fries are quite yummy!
We get the chipotle sweet potato fries from Aldi some times. Toss ‘em in the air fryer and they come out nice and crispy. Dip them in some wasabi/mustard/mayo and they are yum-tastic.
