Congrats on the hair! I’ll get mine cut after quarantine.
Evidently, the sense of smell will return, soon.
That is true about the wine.
In other news, I just walked over to the mailbox and got the cutest card! All snowy and woodsy. Makes me wonder why I can’t find any cute cards like that on Christmas clearance. This year, I picked up my 2021 Christmas cards at Dollar Tree. There seemed to be a large amount of the kind I was looking for.
And now, I start the waiting game again...the call yesterday was a fluke. It doesn’t happen like that in 99.999% of the cases.
This time, the gal cut mine too short and in a way that was almost opposite the curl, so it will be at least two months before I go in again, and the next time, I’ll just ask for a trim. It will never grow out nicely if it keeps getting butchered, no matter how much curl is in it.
I always get mine too short, but it doesn’t take long for it to end up regular-short. I’m glad the card got there!
Did I mention Asuncion had a negative Covid test? Such a relief that I didn’t infect her family! Everyone else (Tom, Madeline) I was near is young and healthy.
The other adult here is not nearly as well as I am, although I don’t know whether he has allergies, Covid, or la gripa.
Good morning, such as it is.
Happy Wednesday!
I think I need to eat more fat, like bacon, so my hair can be helped from the inside. My diet has gone all to pieces since I moved here, and I need to rectify that. So I’m going to bake more often. And cook fatty foods, and smother everything in butter.
I’m taking vitamins but they don’t have fat in them, so.
I’m also sorry the Other Adult isn’t faring as well as you, but then, that’s why you’re the Mom. Because you take care of yourself.
No you didn’t mention that Asuncion was negative on her test. Of course, if she was positive, it wouldn’t necessarily indicate that YOU were the source of her infection.
My Favorite Son still hasn’t called.
Good Happy Wednesday morning to you, ArGee.
Today is my younger sister’s birthday. She’s seven years younger than I, so I hope she feels old. ;o] (Was that rude?)
We had a family friend who wanted to be buried with ‘a carton of cigarettes, no matches, I won’t need them’...
May as well switch to vodka...
Is it the tea or the honey doing the anti knot work?
It’s the tea. I noticed shortly after I began drinking it that the hugh knots in the palm of my left hand seemed to be shrinking, so I just kept drinking it. Then I got out of the habit of it and found something more sinister so I started drinking it again, this time, from a liquid concentrate rather than tea bags.
It takes a while for the tea to work, as it does with most things herbal, but in the research I’ve done, in it’s liquid form, if applied topically, can reduce tumors to almost nothing in a few days.
If you want to check it out, it’s called “Essiac Tea.”

LOL!
That’s funny!
Well, I could, but it turns out I just like wine because it tastes good.
Happy birthday to the sister! I got a text saying the boys were checked in at the clinic, so Pat must have managed to park.
Thanks!
We don’t have real conversations. She’s still mad at me from 10 years ago. So I remember her at Christmas and her birthday, and she may or may not remember me at Christmas.
She’s not to be confused with the one on FR.
Pat and Vlad are positive. James is negative. Go figure. Maybe Pat will get sick pay from Walmart.
I just got back from a very cold trip to the bank. Two and-a-half blocks away. Crikey. I think I’ll never be warm again.
Covid seems to be like a lot of other diseases, in that it may run in families, but is selective on who it touches.
Let’s hope Pat does get sick pay, because it’s for sure Walmart will be reimbursed for anything labeled, “Covid-19.”
I hope none of them are too sick, at any rate, and have inherited their mother’s healthy genes.
I think everyone’s worst symptoms are already past.
I hope so!! I’ve been praying for you all, anyway!
Thank you. That is always good!
