Congratulations on going back to bed. I’ve been busy.

The mince pie is out of the oven and next is to make the hard sauce. But one thing at a time.

I don’t know if I’ll get anything else done today, but at least the letter to Charlie is in the outgoing mailbox. I’ll write to my Favorite Son tomorrow. I started a letter to him last Saturday, but only got about two paragraphs in and my mind went blank. Maybe tomorrow, I’ll have better luck.

This morning, I decided to try wearing some of my leggings from the days in the office, and I can’t believe the difference they have made. Usually by this time of day, I’m freezing and have to either put on a jacket or the vest to keep warm until bedtime. This feels good! ;o]

Thanks! I did.

But it has a drawback, and I will now (in the next few weeks) try to remedy it. I fell asleep at 1700 slightly awakened enough to roll over and then went back to sleep until just before midnight. *sigh* I’m not sure if I like this, but it means, I think, that my sleep patterns are finally back to what they were before CFIDS came to stay.

Maybe by the time I get settled in AR, my sleep habits will be readjusted. Somewhat! ;o]
