Everyone on earth qualifies as an NBC now after Obama and congressional resolutions. My brother understood ab initio that he was not qualified to be President because he was born in Istanbul while my father was stationed there as advisor to the Turkish Naval Academy. That used to be the rule until a number of prominent non NBC politicians got it all swept aside for themselves and everyone else, too, in the interest of getting Hussein Obama elected to office. What especially hurtful is that most of them are/were Republicans. And Kamala is an anchor baby. Fifty years ago she would have been barred from running for VP. The rule was, since 1788 or so that NBC required two citizen parents and born in the United States proper, or in the colonies that became the United States. And all the Republicans redefined it to include Cruz and Rubio and McCain because NBC could't possibly be construed to be a hindrance to our guy. That is the same attitude that almost defines the Democrat Party, nothing is inappropriate for our side. If that item in the Constitution can be treated that way so can the rest of it.

Actually McCain was born to two American citizens (one of them Admiral) in Panama canal zone. That was then US possession. Regardless of my feeling towards him, I think that would qualify him as NBC.
However, a matter of fact, he himself was not sure if he qualified, he hired some lawyer to investigate and argue.
