If they voted by absentee ballot it hasn’t been counted yet (in Florida); the voter should go to the poll on election day and vote normally. Their mail ballot will then be tossed.
That’s a good idea. Unlike the RATs’ “mail-in” ballot scheme, Absentee ballots are identified with the voters’ names on the envelopes. Easy to track.
