Post Marked Ballots?

Posted on 10/20/2020 6:53:02 AM PDT by Saveourcountry

What is stopping us from throwing away all ballots that come in after the election that do not have postmarks?

There is a new ruling in Pennsylvania that ballots postmarked by election day must, for three days, be counted. BUT, ballots that have prepaid postage and envelopes that have prepaid postage do not have postmarks at all. Why can't we throw them all away if they do not come in time?

There would certainly be reason to challenge them all if they had postmarks when postmarks are not usually done? Right?

I wondered about this when I first heard about postmarked ballots....yet I didn’t hear anybody even mention this problem. So much of my mail does not have a postmark, so what happens to those ballots? I believe this problem is being ignored on purpose.

We need to challenge the hell out of them. If they do have a postmark - voter fraud. If they don’t have a postmark, throw them out because the law specifically says they must be postmarked.

PA’s standard is to allow ballots with unreadable or even no postmarks.

They will be the 2020 equivalent of the “hanging Chad”. :)

Why?
Because a democrat judge or John Roberts will order them to be counted.

Don't forget ACB will have been sworn in by that time. Advantage: Us.

was wondering what new case could be brought beforehand , and if Roberts as chief justice has unilateral say as to whether it can be heard.

He is a weasel of the first degree.....

Will be interesting to see what he does on the O Care issue as he’s already taken a position that in essence its up to Congress to set the parameters, and Congress has voted that at least a section needs to be thrown out.

Lets see how he now tries to override that. Hopefully the rest of the Justices , our side, will prevent him from his usual kabuki theater.

She will be sworn and seated before the election, giving the Court nine members. All you need then is someone with standing to advance the court challenge and we win at least 5-4. Game over.

“if Roberts as chief justice has unilateral say as to whether it can be heard”

No, the Chief Justice doesn’t get to decide that. It takes four out of the nine justices to vote to hear a case.
