Go on YouTube and find the series, “The Clinton Chronicles” (assuming it has not been removed). They were made in 1992-1993. Incredible documentary by some who paid for it with their lives and families...
The Clinton Chronicles is still up on youtube. Just checked it. It runs about 1 hour and 43 minutes. I purchased a VCR tape of it when it came out. Lots of bad stuff was happening in Arkansas while Billy Jeff was governor.
At the time, it was discounted as a tin foil hat conspiracy by the dims and their media.
