Since Wray is increasingly looking to be bad, without question; the actual question is why is he allowed to be there? Must be for a good reason.
The “Q” post shortly preceded the press conference announcement. My impression is that Wray was heading out to make this “Russian disinformation” press conference and Ratcliff headed him off at the pass to say that before Wray spoke Ratcliff would explain the real bust today was Iran.
I think he is allowed to be there because he is predictable and if someone is predictable you can trust then.
