The Captain (Gene Hackman) was preparing to launch per the original orders, but the First Mate (Denzel Washington) did not approve, thinking the lost message may be orders to countermand the launch order.
He arranged a mutiny and took over the ship. The Captain regained control later and was preparing to launch when they finally received orders to stand down.

Well News Max was talking about it a while ago and doing their update on Erie Pa. and rest of Pa. Their reporter said in spite of the lack of coverage by a lot of the LSM, yard signs are every-drain the swamp-the news is spreading and people are swinging to DJT. Watching POTUS speaking right now.
A lot of people are starting to go around the MSM for their info. But there are still millions who don’t believe it till they see it on NBC, ABC, etc.
Unless they are pictures of Joe, it’s not moving the story forward.
