I posted a comment about that the other day. Finding any large company/org that hasn't knelt down to this extortion is nearly impossible. Apparently the $buhzillions spent since "cra 1964" was for naught. A letter to the usaa board would likely be a wasted effort. I may do it anyway. Dumbasses. 😤
