Bernard B. Kerik, 40th Police Commissioner of the New York City Police Department, has declared that Joe Biden and his family "belong in handcuffs" after revealing that he has "personally" reviewed the contents of Hunter Biden's hard drive.
And how did he happen to see the contents? He was commissioner back in 2000-01, so either he kept this hidden for 20 years, or it wasn't as part of his police job. And Wikipedia has nothing on him since 2013, except a pardon from Trump. So what position is he in now that gives him access to the hard drive?

He works in Rudys Security company.
They do security assessments for corporations and governments (municipal, etc.)
The hard drive was turned over to Rudys Lawyer. Who works for the same company. Rusty doesnt possess the hard drive. His lawyer does.
This is all done to establish chain of evidence. I am sure there have been many, many forensic copies made of it by now.

He was appointed NYC Police Commissioner by then-Mayor Guiliani....and helped oversee the aftermath of 9/11.
