Bernard B. Kerik, 40th Police Commissioner of the New York City Police Department, has declared that Joe Biden and his family "belong in handcuffs" after revealing that he has "personally" reviewed the contents of Hunter Biden's hard drive.

And how did he happen to see the contents? He was commissioner back in 2000-01, so either he kept this hidden for 20 years, or it wasn't as part of his police job. And Wikipedia has nothing on him since 2013, except a pardon from Trump. So what position is he in now that gives him access to the hard drive?

Can we see Joe’s bank records, please? I mean, when I applied for a home mortgage, every deposit over $2,000 to my account was scrutinized. I guess banks want to make sure you are not a terrorist, or laundering money . Joe must have an offshore account, no?

Maybe this is the reason why....

**In response to COVID-19, the Federal Reserve System has implemented an “interim final rule” on Regulation D, which limits the number of monthly transactions on savings accounts and money market accounts.**

Heh. Never thought of that.
Wouldn’t it be ironic after four years of throwing a hissy fit about Trump’s taxes that Biden finally gets brought down because he didn’t declare income from his “cut” of the profits.

Stable datum: A leftist will ALWAYS accuse others of committing the crimes that they themselves are doing. Always, always, always!

My observation is that this is often the very first clue of what crime they are committing.

Yup. It’s got to be authorized.

It’s saved my butt a couple of times.

Nope. Joe never saw a nickel in cash. I guarantee it.

But I bet he hasn’t picked up an expense—literally—in decades. Someone else picks up the tab. Imagine getting your salary, but having no expenses. That is how they do it.

Not even. Hunter simply paid for everything. That is difficult to prove.

Not going to happen. Deep State will pull out all the stops to not let this get out and to make sure Biden is next president. If the material exists, as described, it can’t be allowed out to the public for the uniparty’s sake.

He works in Rudy’s Security company.

They do security assessments for corporations and governments (municipal, etc.)

The hard drive was turned over to Rudy’s Lawyer. Who works for the same company. Rusty doesn’t “possess” the hard drive. His lawyer does.

This is all done to establish chain of evidence. I am sure there have been many, many forensic copies made of it by now.

“Hunter simply paid for everything.”

Those would be gifts.

Assumption of a debt would be “income.”

Transfer of more than $10 k win a year without declaring it would be problematic...for both parties.

My guess/speculation is that it was ALL funneled through Hunter’s LLC as “expenses.” THAT is what can trip them up.

He is a “concern” troll who tries to undermine hope and confidence.

He needs to go back to troll school because he is pretty lame.

irs.gov

WASHINGTON — If you give any one person gifts valued at more than $10,000 in a year, it is necessary to report the total gift to the Internal Revenue Service. You may even have to pay tax on the gift. The person who receives your gift does not have to report the gift to the IRS or pay gift or income tax on its value.

So, Did hunter report? Probably not.

This is all funneled through LLCs.

I know Ikeep saying it.

As a business owner for many years I understand how complicated and grey areas can be within a partnership, expenses, and who is allowed to “spend” on the company’ behalf.

We are never going to find leather cases full of strapped $100 bills. Never ever.

You WILL find stuff purchased for “an office” that is in a home. You will find groceries paid for—delivered to a home—that we’re billed to an office. You will find cars bought/leased for company reasons that are not where they are supposed to be.

Wealth is not cash. Wealth is accumulated stuff.

Corporations issue credit cards, cars, and other crap to officers all the time. I can assure you BIG corporation watch that stuff carefully. I can also assure you small, family businesses don’t. And that is where they get “caught” by the IRS.
