WHat about Trump invoking the Insurrection Act when the Demshevik paramilitaries start violence in many states, which I am sure they will do, no matter what happens regarding the election?

I fully expect that to happen, but that doesn’t have to be part of a deal with the Democrats. It would, however, be a useuful thing to hold over their heads.
