I don’t know about the forecast but the outflow just dropped way down and the inflow jumped up a bit.
You can see it in the 3 day or 24 hour charts.
And the flow and level upstream are rising some as well.
I think that the turbines and floodgates are clogged and getting worse.
The turbine intakes being clogged, I can see that happening. But they should have the means to clear debris from the spillway gates.Then again, it is China...
Definitely worth keeping an eye on the Dam. I gave the chart in the link a very quick glance, not a good study. So I may be off a bit.
