Go to the support page. Click through to dispute the rulling. Tell them that the captcha they made you gothough already prooves you are not a robot. Also ask them to identify anything you have posted that violates the policies. It worked for me with in a day of that request. No phone number provided.

I disputed the suspension from Twitter for over a month. Never was allowed back on and never was told why I was suspended.
