This is great news about Ajit Pai (Chairman of FCC) setting up a rulemaking to interpret Section 320.
Earlier today, Brendan Carr (FCC Commissioner appointed by PDJT) was on FoxBusiness saying that 320 needs to be changed ASAP, due to abuses by big tech (GOOG, FB, TWTR).
I think these guys are serious.
Of course if China Joe wins, it will be for naught.
