I do take my Dobie for walks and rides several times a day, I play scrabble on-line with my daughter and bake/cook quite a lot which I love but I don’t know what blue blocker lights are.

Sorry, I didn’t finish my thought! Blue light blocking reading glasses. I get mine from Peepers. They are pricey, but they are good quality lenses. They have no correction lenses if you want to watch tv, and readers, which I wear all the time when I’m on the computer. They really are helpful! I bought some from Amazon, but I don’t know about the quality of the blue light blocking film on the glasses?
