I can only find his name 3 times and they are all involved in court cases.One was for a letter and he was told he would have to pay for it-Florida.He was writing for prison conditions in Virgina.He sent letter to Delaware court saying Jill Biden pushed Biden’s wife's car into traffic and Truck Driver was paid to run into her.The only way to find out the full filing is to pay and we only have 5 or 6 pages of the filing.I can find no personal history on him.
