QUESTION: PA has rejected over 300K ballots because they were duplicates... when you have more than one ballot for one person, how do you know which was the fraudulent one? Regarding your question: Do all states have numbers assigned to each person’s ballots? In NC my ballot has a number on the ballot I am given. If ballots are mailed out are the ballots linked by number or some ID to the voter to whom it is mailed? If so who printed the extra ballots with duplicate numbers? If there is no way to link a ballot to a voter how could they know if any ballot was a duplicate? Hunt the providers of duplicates there would be a trail and bury them under gitmo.
