Years ago, I lives near a large university medical school. I heard this story going around back in the 70s, when women were still fighting to be taken seriously in the professions. At the time, the Pill was a new thing, and women were not nearly as sexualized as today’s sad specimens. Here’s the story I was told:

A female medical student was a frequent target of bias and crude remarks by males, both faculty and students. When the class was assigned to dissect cadavers, the male students all received male cadavers (because most cadavers were supplied by prisons); and the lone female student was the only one given a female cadaver.

One night after the female med student had left, a couple of males sneaked back into the lab, cut off a penis from a male cadaver, and partially inserted it "between the legs" of the female cadaver.

In the morning, the much-harassed female arrived for class, to find her male classmates snickering among themselves and watching her intently as she pulled back the sheet from her cadaver.

They expected her to blush, shriek, or become visibly grossed out or offended. Instead, she calmly looked up and said, “Looks like one of you guys left in a hurry last night."
