Fake news. This surgery is not medically possible. You can’t just sew a dick someplace where there’s never been one before without incurring a host of nasty, complications. And it would almost certainly necrotize and fall off anyways.

Looks like there is a lot of research that has been going. Particularly limb replacement/reattachment.
