Pinkerton claims Dolloff is not one of their employees, yet 9News claims they hired him through Pinkerton. I am not sure how this works. Does Pinkerton contract out to other companies, or is 9News lying?

That question looms large. KUSA-9 says they called Pinkerton.
Pinkerton says he not an employee of theirs, leading one to ask what other ways do they contract Security?
It’s still Murder though.
“Pinkerton officials described him as a contractor.
“We are in the process of still gathering information to better understand the incident that occurred in Denver on October 10 involving a contractor agent,” the statement says. “The agent in question is not a Pinkerton employee. Pinkerton is fully cooperating with law enforcement authorities in their investigation of this matter.”
Sounds like Pinkerton hires independent contractors under their name, which I’d like to think means they could be sued for not exercising due caution.
