I was thinking same thing about Leahy ... he is totally incoherent in both his thoughts and ramblings.

Pitiful to watch what poses for a fair hearing however it is a notch about the last one.
What I would say is it’s painfully obvious why our government has been so impotent at least for the years I have been alive in getting the People’s business done.
These unrecognizable alien leaders don’t give a flying _ _ _ _ about we the American People.
