Schumer just announced that he would have all the Democrat Senators walk out before the vote for ACB. If they walk, and Romney, Collins and Murkowski join them, then they will not have a quorum for the vote to take place. If they didn’t walk, and instead all of those voted no, it would be a 50-50 tie, and Pence would be the tie breaker. Any thoughts?

Perhaps, then, McConnell could recess the Senate and Trump could make a recess appointment.
ACB would then be on the court if the election went sideways.
