I am not a legal beagle but it sounds like they want Sullivan to dismiss but if he doesn’t they might agree to disqualify him. Am I wrong?
ThankQ - I thought I’d seen that filing but I hadn’t ... basically the GOV says that if Sullivan will simply follow the law and dismiss Flynn’s case with prejudice then the question of whether Sullivan is biased and committed misconduct would become moot.
That seems to be kind of a big deal!
It’s the government saying “we agree”, but let’s just dismiss it rather than prolonging with a new judge.
At least that’s how I read it....
