And Kushner was highly instrumental in all of that. He went to Saudi to discuss before Trump went.
There is someone on the thread who thinks Kushner is evil and corrupt (and therefore Trump must be a fool). Kushner has been helping in the ME tremendously since Trump became President.

Kushner is there because he’s trusted completely by Trump and Trump is the type of boss that gives people that work for him a chance to grow and shine.
