As a lifetime resident, I can certainly confirm that. On the other hand, if I recall correctly, of the 23 counties in the State, 16 or 17 of them were won by DJT in 2016! Of course the hordes of rats in the Baltimore and Washington areas voted for that congenital liar who they all believed was the smartest woman on the planet.
Seriously though, was the proportion of white chicks that high or does the picture selection just make it look that way?

Can’t confirm this, but I suspect there are VERY few blacks in that particular neighborhood.
It has been a long time since I was in Silver Spring, but if my memory is correct it’s a fairly affluent area, relatively speaking.
Being stupid should not be a lifetime affliction for a young white woman. I expect it is for this bunch.

Some parts of Silver Spring have, over years, become ghettoized and high crime, but the area where these “woke women” are littering the street is fairly affluent. Silver Spring actually covers an area of about eight square miles.
