Prosecutors don’t write ‘reports’, its been a scam all along. They investigate, indict and try. Period.
This has had me concerned and, yes, confused all along. Barr referred to a "sweeping review." So it seems that, until the whole mammoth investigation is complete down to the last minute detail, no report, or review or charges. I don't know why? Certainly new information turns up during trials on occasion.
