I believe Nancy and Co. have been working on U.N. interference for almost a year now. I guess the New York Times got tired of waiting. Or, they want to help conceal the fact it was (likely) Nancy behind the U.N. formalities.

The writer calling for the U.N. to intervene in the election also writes for The Atlantic, which has articles that brazenly advocate "toppling" President Trump's presidency. Oh and he also works for CNN. Essentially, he's journalistic radioactive waste.
