I don't know. Anyone capable of planning this alleged assassination attempt from a missile sub - and from Puget Sound near a Naval Air Station - ought to know what surveillance is in the area. Counter-surveillance is part of planning a covert op.
My guess is that the surveillance was needed for whatever reason and the first reason that pops to mind is False Flag. This whole incident is cloaked in mystery and many questions.
I cannot understand why the tweeter that led to this discussion did not include any of the pertinent video... perhaps they simply had no real understanding... or were posting disinformation.
You make good sense, but for a false flag to be effective, wouldn’t there have to be some mainstream media discussion of the event? To this day, I’ve never heard that they even acknowledged that it occurred. All discussion emanated from the Q post and then took place here or on Twitter by those who follow Q.
I also saw in one of foldspace’s panels (#8) a couple of hundred posts back that the derps have their own army, navy, etc. They likely recruited those people to man the sub and carry out the launch.
