not sure what I am reading but it sure looks like almost a couple of years of re-arranging the deck chairs.

yesterday’s ruling allowing the whistleblowers award proceedings to continue is interesting.
If the whistleblowers are allowed to get an award would that mean there was a judgment somewhere? Which I didn’t “see” or find ?
