I’m not too worried, I only use it 5 or 6 times a week and I don’t plan to stop, I react to alcohol, even the kind you drink and I hate lysol. At work and at home I use soap and water.

Many people who drink municipal water drink the stuff and bath in it, granted, not full strength but still ingest it and get it through their skin everyday.
