Looking at that Mickey Clock again, 8 of the 10 ‘minute marks’ are red while the other 52 are black from what I see.. between 12 and 2.
Reading the clock,
10:01-10:08 are red.
10:09 and 10:10 are black
Or am I reading that wrong?

No that is correct 10:8 is red 10:9 is black.
That has me thinking -- Pompeo began the release of Hilliary's e-mails on the ninth after the President said it's TIME to start releasing the declassified info. One could add in the idea of Red October and Oct 1st through the 8th were red. On Oct. 9th the dates went black because the hunters have now become the hunted. I'll throw in that the idea of black in this instance means it's curtains for Hilliary and company.
Pure speculation but it is fun thinking about Hilliary going down.

If one looks closely at Mickey’s finger, it’s really pointing at 10:09, so you have a good theory.
But 10:10 is such a focus.
I went back to 9/16 when Q posted the clock.
I know I saw somewhere, that someone had tried to decode false flag events after the fact, researching events, announcements a certain # of days before event.. in the ultimate hopes of knowing when the next event could/would happen.
I mention that because of San Fran Man and the Pope recently.
Orange was a symbol for both Pelosi and The Pope in recent days.
Nancy wore orange.
The Pope equated the earth as being squuezed like an orange.
